Kale Soup

Today I made a delicious Portuguese Kale Soup. It is made with Chourico, Kale, potatoes, carrots, onions and others spices as needed. Don't confuse Chourico with the spanish sausage Chorizo. I was born in Fall River, MA. where that area has the highest population of Portuguese people in the country. I think they know a thing or two about Portuguese cooking. This soup is great any time of the year but especially now as we are entering into winter. The smell of the soup cooking gets that rumbling in your tummy going. Try making some.
