Syria has chemical weapons yes or no?

It can't just be me wondering WTF? Syria's President Bashar al-Assad wants the world to believe he does not have any chemical weapons. Then he agrees to turn them all over to Russia under some kind of agreement. So is it just me or has he been talking out his ass? Senator Kerry had all the information correct as did the UN Inspectors. So, doesn't it just piss you off knowing that we could have done something quicker but the no brain Fu*&tard President cowers in the corner. Didn't he come out and say, "Oh you better stop using them or else"? Or else what? What are we going to do? Call Bashar names? Is that the best you got you Fu*&tard?
